Terms of Trade

These Terms of Trade govern the sale and delivery of goods and services by ETJ International. By placing an order or accepting a quotation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Quotations and Orders

All quotations are valid for the period specified therein. We reserve the right to revise or withdraw quotations prior to acceptance. An order is binding only upon written confirmation from ETJ International.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are as stated in the confirmed order. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.

Delivery and Risk

Delivery dates are estimates. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer upon delivery in accordance with the agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF).

Governing Law

These Terms of Trade shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
